Footprints in the Sand

The "Footprints in the Sand" installation is a visual metaphor for our finite lives. The footprints are the impressions we leave behind, only to be washed away after we are gone. The feet/shoes are a symbol of the bodies we use while we are here in this lifetime. Eventually they wear out.
